Meet Tania A. Beck - Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, LGSW
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of everyday life? Would you like to get beyond your past and/or resolve current struggles? I acknowledge that it takes a lot of courage to pursue therapy and to take that first step. I would like to come alongside you and support your healing journey, and the path to rediscovering yourself. My therapeutic style is to hold space for a collaborative conversation and approach each session with curiosity.

My background is in social work, with an emphasis on diverse populations. I also have advanced studies and experience in marriage and family systems, as well as play therapy. My primary work has been focusing on individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. I have also helped marriages and families with conflict resolution.

Whatever you are going through, know that I hold a judgment-free space. My therapeutic approach comes from a place of compassion and understanding of how your past and present have impacted your life. I look forward to hearing from you, be well!

Call 952.234.6303 or email me for a free 15 minute consultation.
For your convenience, I also provide telehealth services as an alternative to in-person therapy visits.
