• Do I have mental health benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Anchor Counseling is In network with most insurance companies. Also, cash, check and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Sliding fee scales may vary among each individual therapist. See individual therapist's rates for more details. Rates vary among each therapist at Anchor Counseling based on their qualifications and years of practice in each of their specialties and services they provide.
